Prosecutors say a Casper man only made matters worse after trying to flee from law enforcement officers.

Fifty-five year old Roy Featheringill has pleaded not guilty to seven misdemeanor charges, including reckless endangerment, reckless driving, eluding and possession of a controlled substance.
