Official numbers show that <strong>14 oil and gas wells</strong> have been started in Laramie County through the first three months of this year, compared with <strong>39 such starts in all of 2011</strong>. Steenburgen says besides the actual oil well activity, more companies that <strong>work in support roles </strong>are also locating in the county.
