			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Opponents of <strong>natural gas drilling </strong>in the <strong>Wyoming Range </strong>want to buy an energy company's drilling leases, but both sides appear to be waiting for the other to make the first move. <strong>Amy Richards</strong> reports. He really wanted to catch a walleye, but on April 22nd <strong>Jeff Kirk </strong>of Douglas reeled in a native fish that set a new state record.
