The Troopers were presented their certificates by Wyoming Highway Patrol Lieutenant Colonel John Butler during a short awards ceremony held Friday morning in Cheyenne.

Wyoming Highway Patrol instructor Sergeant Duane Ellis says the graduating Troopers will now be able to provide a 4½ hour driver education course to young drivers age 14 – 24.
