Cheyenne Light spokesman John Sieroki says One Call of Wyoming is the state's utility locating service that is provided free of charge.

The Wyoming Legislature passed the Wyoming Underground Facilities Notification Act in 2010. The law says everyone who excavates or disturbs the surface of the ground must first contact One Call of Wyoming. The law includes, but is not limited to,  contractors, homeowners and property owners.
