			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>April is <strong>National Safe Digging Month</strong>, and <strong>Cheyenne Light Fuel and Power</strong> is reminding customers to call 811 before digging. Cheyenne Light spokesman<strong> John Sieroki</strong> says <strong>One Call of Wyoming </strong>is the state's utility locating service that is provided free of charge.</p>
<p>The <strong>Wyoming Legislature </strong>passed the <strong>Wyoming Underground Facilities Notification Act</strong> in 2010. The law says everyone who excavates or disturbs the surface of the ground must first contact <strong>One Call of Wyoming. </strong>The law includes, but is not limited to,  contractors, homeowners and property owners.
