Retailers will be allowed to market the 15 percent ethanol fuel as long as it is clearly labeled to prevent people from getting the wrong blend of fuel. On June 27th, the Wyoming First Program in partnership with the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, General Electric and the state of Wyoming will launch the Mobile Mammography Van.
