Kaysen Says Hollywood Video Talks ‘In the home stretch”

Cheyenne Mayor Rick Kaysen says the city has an agreement in principle with the owners of the former Hollywood Video in Cheyenne, and is closing on a final agreement for the property.

The city wants the property for the Converse/Pershing/19th street roundabout project, and Kaysen says the city has an agreement with the property owners to begin construction work associated with that project on the property, and says the city is also working on easements associated with the project

Kaysen Says Budget Will Be ‘Very Tight’

Cheyenne Mayor Rick Kaysen says he and the city council have already completed the first round of work on a budget for fiscal year 2014, which gets underway July 1 of this year.
