Mayor Says No Raises for City Employees

Cheyenne city employees shouldn't expect to see any salary increases when the new city budget takes effect July1, according to Mayor Rick Kaysen. The mayor says Governor Matt Mead and the state legislature have made it clear they don't want state money for municipalities to go for raises or the hiring of new employees.
