Tribal leaders are concerned the development of a shipping terminal to ship coal from states like Wyoming and Montana and other bulk cargo may disturb ancestral burial sites, affect their fishing rights and create other environmental problems. A sawmill is expected to reopen in Saratoga in December, bringing what the new owner says will be more than 80 job opportunities to carbon county. Doug Randall reports.
