<p>Luca Technologies</strong> has laid off nine Gillette based workers and has temporarily shut down its coal-bed methane wells in the <strong>Powder River Basin. </strong>Doug Randall has the details. The <strong>Wyoming Community College Commission</strong> met last week in Casper to discuss ways to meet <strong>Governor Matt Mead's</strong> directive to all state agencies to come up with budgets reflecting a possible eight percent cut.
