			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The manager of the <strong>Children's Discovery Center </strong>wants parents to know about the <strong>academic pre-school</strong> at Laramie County Community College and it's advantages for children. <strong>Carrie Westling </strong>says the center offers courses for children <strong>age 6 months to 6 years</strong>, as well as an after school and summer school for school age children. Westling says the center is accredited with the <strong>highest accreditation a pre-school  can receive in the United States</strong>, <strong>one of only 700 pre-schools</strong> to receive that recognition.
