Wyoming Officials: Unsure If Health Insurance Exchange Will Be Ready By Fall [AUDIO]

Wyoming's Insurance Commission Tom Hirsig says he expects it will be challenging for the federal government to start operating a Health Insurance Marketplace for state residents this fall. The City of Gillette is setting aside money for its annual membership dues to the Wyoming Association of Municipalities but city officials say they have concerns about the organization. U-S Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius announced policies Monday to help states build affordable insurance exchanges. Amy Richards has a report. Governor Matt Mead says he is pleased that lawmakers passed a bill in the just-concluded budget session to stiffen the penalties for those convicted of their fourth DUI in ten years.
