House Votes on Amendment to Block START Treaty [AUDIO]
Congresswoman Cynthia Lummis (R-WY) joined congressman Rick Berg (R-ND) in introducing an amendment that blocks the new Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START) between the U.S. AND Russia. Governor Matt Mead says he is not inclined to expand the state's Medicaid Program in as much as the federal health care law calls for. Doug Randall reports.
