Tired of paying way too much at the pump?

As the summer draws to a close, gas prices have started to see a bit of decline in Wyoming in the past week.

No one wants to drive too far to save.

According to AAA, a record-breaking number of travelers will hit road to travel for the upcoming 4th of July holiday weekend. This year's holiday weekend is considering as being July 1st through July 5th. And if you happen to be on the roads at anytime during then, don't expect to get a price break at the pump.

Senator John Barrasso recently spoke on the House floor and called out Senator Chuck Schumer, as well as Democrats as a whole, saying that while Republicans are focusing on the issues that the American people actually care about, Democrats are more concerned with 'playing politics.'

We are approaching Memorial Day Weekend, which is certainly one of the weekends of the year when you would expect a decent amount of travel from motorists. It could also be the highest we have seen gas prices for the holiday weekend since 2014.

The national average price for a gallon of gas is the highest it's been since 2014.

Barrasso said that the current state of the economy is due to the Biden Administration and the policies it has presented.

With recent reports on the hack of the Colonial pipeline and COVID-19 restrictions being lifted, average gas prices across the United States have creeped up to $3 a gallon, a rate not seen since 2014.

For the tenth consecutive week, the price of gasoline has is on the rise across the country. The national average has increased another 5.9 cents per gallon to a nationwide average of $2.86 per gallon. In Wyoming, despite being consistently below the nation average, we're quickly climbing towards it.
