Wyoming 130 remains closed due to flash flooding from a storm last evening. The Wyoming Highway Patrol is reporting four fatalities. A 37 year old Thermopolis woman drowned near Lander. Doug Randall has the details. Click past the jump to listen to Wyoming Radio News.
