The Wyoming Office of Homeland Security has released the preliminary damage assessment for the tornado that touched down Thursday afternoon near Wheatland. The U.S. Senate has passed a bill to speed up government contracts to modernize the U.S. Forest Service's aging tanker planes, used to fight wildfires. Doug Randall has the details.
