The Wyoming highway patrol says James Castleman of South Ogden, Utah was eastbound and was pulling double van type semi trailers.  For reasons unknown, his combination went off the roadway into the median in a slight right hand curve where it then went through a barbed wire fence. The entire tractor trailer combination then overturned in the median and it slid into the westbound lanes of travel coming to rest in and blocking both westbound lanes.
