Dr. Mack Sewell started work this week as the state's new occupational epidemiologist in the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services. Biologists say the number of cutthroat trout in the Hoback River has surged in the past few years, since a fish stocking program was phased out. Doug Randall has the details.
