Cheyenne Building Code

Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce President and C-E-O Dale Steenburgen says he has some concerns about the new city building code. Steenburgen says that while the intention of the new code is to improve safety and clarify city regulations, he's concerned the end result will be increased costs and over regulation of business.
