Donna Beaman, Manager of Energy Services for Cheyenne Light,  says by including the vehicles in the fleet, Cheyenne Light will better be able to understand first-hand what customers will experience and begin planning now for the electricity needs of customers.

The utility will give customers a chance to test drive the cars
