Judge Upholds Ruling on Killing Bald Eagles [AUDIO]

A federal judge has denied a request from the Northern Arapaho Tribe to reconsider his recent ruling that the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service acted properly in barring the tribe from killing bald eagles for religious purposes on the Wind River Indian Reservation. Doug Randall has the details. Snowmobilers should be aware that over-the-snow logging will be taking place along Forest Road one on the Medicine Bow National Forest. Million Looking for Bids For Pipeline Project [AUDIO]

A Colorado businessman seeking to build a pipeline to deliver water from Wyoming to the front range of Colorado estimates that whoever designs, builds, finances and operates the project could see at least a 1.4 billion dollar profit.
