Wyoming was  recognized recently as having the 4th best economic outlook in the country in the Rich States, Poor States Report from the American Legislative Exchange Council. The Wyoming Department of Transportation is one step closer to finalizing plans for the proposed relocation of an I-90 interchange in Sheridan. Doug Randall reports.
