2012 one of the driest on record

It looks like 2012 could turn out to be one of the driest on record in Wyoming according to a new survey. The Small Business Administration Wyoming is seeking nominations for several of it's yearly awards. Joy Greenwald reports. Click past the jump to listen to Wyoming Radio News.
