Students To Participate in State “We The People” Competition in Laramie [AUDIO]

State Superintendent of Public Instruction Cindy Hill announced on KGAB's  Morning Zone  that she will run for Governor in 2014. Students from across the state who are experts on the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights, will compete newt week at the "We the People" competition in Laramie. Doug Randall has the details.
