Steenbergen Says Efforts to Attract Gun Makers Underway

Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Dale Steenbergen says economic development officials in Cheyenne and across Wyoming are trying to attract gun and bullet makers to Wyoming.

Steenbergen says in Cheyenne the LEADS organization has been holding discussions with makers of those products about possibly relocating to Laramie County. Steenbergen says he has also spoken with Wyoming Business Council officials about statewide recruitment efforts to lure gun and ammunition companies to Wyoming.
