Steenbergen Predicts Strong Cheyenne Frontier Days

Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Dale Steenbergen says all indications are that Cheyenne Frontier Days 2014 should be well-attended.

Steenbergen says the chamber gets a monthly update from CFD officials, and those reports are showing ticket sales "are right on track". Steenbergen says there were a couple of areas of concern at one point, but adds those categories have improved recently according to what he is hearing.

Steenbergen says Frontier Days are critical to the success of many local retailers, constituting a ''second Christmas season" for shopping at many Laramie County businesses.
