State Personal Income Growth Stalls [AUDIO]

A plan to pipe water from Flaming Gorge in Wyoming to the Colorado Front Range has come back to life, but a coalition of conservation groups is hoping the proposal is short-lived. Deborah Smith with Wyoming News Service has a report. Wyoming’s personal income growth stalled in the third quarter of 2011, according to Jim Robinson, Senior Economist for the state’s economic development division.
