Campbell County Economic Development and the University of Wyoming are moving forward with plans to build a new business incubator at the University of Wyoming. Business Reporter Sharon Fain has details. Effective immediately, Wyoming elk hunters can have up to three elk licenses in select hunt areas across Wyoming. Amy Richards reports.
