Wyoming agriculture producers and handlers interested in going organic may apply now for grants to help offset the costs associated with certification. Amy Richards has a report. Lawmakers in both houses of the Wyoming legislature passed their respective budget bills Monday, but there are differences that need to be worked out in committee.
