Southeast Wyoming Interstates Open, I-80 Black Ice Warning

Both Interstates 80 and 25 were open and operating normally as of 5 a.m. Wednesday morning, according to the Wyoming Department of Transportation website.

However, there is a black ice warning in effect for Interstate 80 between Laramie and Happy Jack Road. and between Happy Jack Road and Buford. I-80 between Happy Jack Road and Buford is also reporting snowfall and slick conditions in spots.

Interstate 80 between Otto road and the Nebraska line is wet with rain.
