University of Wyoming Basketball Coach Larry Shyatt says for the first time in a couple of years he feels like he has 11 players he is comfortable giving playing time.

But he adds the team needs to improve defensively, especially in terms of playing under control and group accountability. But even though team defense is a concern at this point, Shyatt says he thinks Wyoming "can become a quite good defensive team" with work.

The team traveled to Salt Lake City for a scrimmage with the University of Utah over the weekend, and has an exhibition  game against UC-Colorado Springs in Laramie Thursday night.
