SHOULD REPUBLICANS DELAY THE NEXT SCOTUS APPOINTMENT? [POLL]

With the passing of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, President Obama has promised that he shall appoint the next justice to the Supreme Court.

Although the President has stated that it is his duty to appoint the next justice to the Supreme Court, Republicans in Congress have already stated that this should be reserved for the next President of the United States.
