Laramie County Sheriff Danny Glick says he is increasingly concerned about terrorists entering the country over the border with Mexico.

Glick says that while most debates about border security focus on illegal Mexican immigrants, not enough attention is being paid to the possibility of terrorists from groups such as Al-Qaeda and like-minded  organizations entering the United States from the south. Glick says law enforcement charged with patrolling the Mexican border have been finding Korans and Muslim prayer rugs in areas near the border recently, but he says those incidents have been mostly ignored in the American news reports.

He goes on to say ''all you hear about is the Mexican population crossing". Glick says a recent meeting of the board of the National Sheriff's Association he attended called for closing the border as a security measure.
