William Tallerdy, 28, a convicted sex offender wanted on several Laramie County warrants, turned himself into an Arkansas sheriff's office on Wednesday. Wyoming authorities notified officials in Baxter County Arkansas on Tuesday that Tallerdy was wanted on felony charges of escape from a transitional center as well as two charges of probation violation in connection with a conviction on two counts of third degree sexual assault.Wyoming authorities notified Baxter County officials after learning Tallerdy was registered there as a sex offender. The Baxter County officials in turn  notified local media there that Tallerdy was wanted after learning of the Wyoming charges. Tallerdy turned himself in a few hours later, and is currently being held in Arkansas as the Laramie County sheriff's Department prepares to seek extradition in the case.
