Sebelius Touts Insurance Savings [AUDIO]

U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius says a new report shows that provisions of the Affordable Care Act that force health insurance companies to justify increases in premiums have saved consumers roughly $2.1 Billion over the past year. Visionary Communications recently announced it's completion of a network expansion that increases the size of it's network five-fold to serve customers in several states. Amy Richards has a report.
