Jackson, WY (AP)-- The sale price for 10 acres of U.S. Forest Service land in Jackson is set at $11.55 million.  The land is being marketed through Sotheby's International Realty. The land sits behind the Bridger-Teton National Forest headquarters in Jackson. The Forest Service is selling the 10 acres to raise money for renovation and other projects. The 10 acres is bordered by the National Elk Refuge, a recreation Center and an elementary school. The parcel is largely empty, with some Forest Service housing. The Associated Press reports  that Sothbey's will begin a marketing effort within weeks to sell the land. Sotheby's has 11,700 agents in 590 offices in 44 countries.
