7:37AM MST: Travis Lingenfelter, Marketing Director at Pointe Frontier Retirement Community will continue his on-going series of information to the growing number of 'Baby-Boomer' retirees and others on some of the best retirement living opportunities, services and activities out there.

8:07AM MST: Dale Steenbergen from The Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce returns to talk about the upcoming Cheyenne Christmas Parade and surrounding fun activities and events.

9:07AM MST: We continue our education series with representatives from Laramie County School District #1.

Sam Mirich – Principal of East High School. He will fill us in on the East triad family literacy night held recently.  The East triad has been working hard to develop more of an identity, and he will talk about the kind of activities they are working on to help parents and students get more acquainted with the East triad. Mr. Mirich will also tell us about the school's current efforts to help improve attendance and lower the drop out rates. 

Brian Cox – Assistant Principal at Central High School: Cox helped lead the group that looked at the bullying initiatives in LCSD1, and he will give us an update on where the superintendent’s charge on bullying is now and what are the next steps for the school district in implementing this initiative. 

Todd Burns – Bain Elementary Principal : He will give his perspective as an elementary principal, on how the McGrath training on bullying has impacted his staff and him and how they do their jobs.
