If you've ever wondered how the pro bull riders get started, it usually happens earlier than later. This 'Team Wyoming' bull rider Bobby Welsh, helps kids bring the dream alive.

Bobby Welsh is known as one of the 'stickiest' bull riders in the PRCA and has qualified in the event 7 times. Welsh and his wife Sunny have started a group called 'Shining W' to help youngsters get their start in bull riding.

Welsh, from Gillette, Wyoming, said that his program is based around bull riders and that he and his wife have a program for everybody. Whether you're a beginning or want to go pro, Welsh has the right bull for you.

But his service goes beyond the arena. He wants to be there for the bull rider in any way he can. Whether is spiritually, mentally or physically, Welsh wants to be the all around coach and mentor to help people out.
