Cheyenne Police are continuing their investigation into several  improvised bomb explosions late Tuesday, according to police spokesman Sgt. Rob Dafoe.

He says police were called to the 5600 Block of Parkside Drive around 11pm Tuesday after several people called police to report what was believed to be either gunfire or explosions. Dafoe says officers found three plastic bottles which had been blown up as well as a shattered glass bottle. Explosive Technicians  located several materials in the area that had been used to improvise and detonate  at least three caustic chemical bombs, according to police.

No one was injured and there was no evidence of property damage. The incident is being investigated by the police department as well as the Laramie County EOD Unit.
