Late Tuesday morning, Cheyenne police found the body of 13 year old Cheyenne resident Alexander Frye on property owned by the Union Pacific Railroad at the west end of the rail yard in a field south of Ames underpass.

Cheyenne Police Department spokesman Lew Simpson says Alexander was reported missing by his father in the early morning hours of January 1st. Cheyenne Police as well as numerous volunteers from the community began searching for Frye.
Simpson says the death has been ruled a suicide. The time and cause of death have not been determined. An autopsy has been scheduled for today in Loveland, Colorado.
