A woman is dead after being involved in a single-vehicle rollover west of Wheatland.

According to the Wyoming Highway Patrol, at around 10pm on Sunday, July 27th, 54 year old Angela Below of Wheatland was traveling on Wyoming State Highway 311, about 6 miles west of Wheatland, when she failed to negotiate a 90 degree left hand curve.

Below's vehicle left the highway, entered a ditch, then came upon the built up portion of West Fairview Road.

The vehicle then vaulted over the road and landed in a cornfield, after rolling multiple times and came to rest on the passenger side.

During the rollover, Below was ejected from the vehicle, because she was not wearing her seat belt, and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Patrol says they are investigating speed and alcohol use and possible factors in the crash.
