One Lane of the 19th/Converse/Pershing Roundabout Open

Amy Richards\TSM

One lane of the 19th Street/Pershing Boulevard/Converse Avenue roundabout is now  open to traffic. Assistant City Engineer Nathan Beauheim says there will be access and lane restrictions in place. Project Engineer Anthony Wiarda from Simon Contractors says there is access to Converse Avenue both North and South, East Pershing Boulevard and 19th Street. There will be no access westbound onto Pershing Boulevard because of the reconstructon of that road. Once the Pershing Boulevard project is complete, they will complete the roundabout project.
