Official: Wild Horse Management Program Headed For Financial Trouble [AUDIO]

The head of the federal government's $70-million-dollar Wild Horse Management program warned last summer that the program is headed for a financial collapse unless some drastic changes are made to the decades old round-up policy. Stacy Bush will be the new principal at Laramie High School beginning in July.
