Nutrition, many times, is in the eye of the beholder. Some say to eat this, but don't eat that. Others say it's ok to eat that, but not to eat this. Here are facts we can agree on.  Today on the Top 5 at 7:45, I'll highlight some of the nutritional facts that I think most of us will be able to agree on. Tell us your thoughts in the comment section below.

  1. Adding extra sugar is not good for you.
  2. Omega-3 fats are good for you, but we may not get enough of them.
  3. There is no perfect diet.
  4. Artificial fats, sugar and colors should be avoided, if possible.
  5. Vegetables are great for improving health
