New Survey: 10% Of College Grads Think Judge Judy Is On The SCOTUS
A new survey has come out showing that 10% of college graduates believe that Judith Sheindlin, also known as 'Judge Judy', serves on the Supreme Court of the United States.
Although Sheindlin is a lawyer, she is not on the highest court of the land. This is a little scary to think that 10% of graduates from U.S. college may not have a clue on who does or does not sit on the Supreme Court.
The survey also found that over 28% of college grad's identified James Madison as the architect of the Constitution. However, over 59% of the surveyed students credited President Thomas Jefferson as the father of the document.
About 40% of college students surveyed, had no idea that congress does have the power to declare war.
