Mountain Pine Beetle Outbreak Could Trigger Earlier Snowmelt [Audio]

A federal judge said Wednesday he may rule in August on whether to allow lawyers representing Dale Eaton, Wyoming's lone death row inmate, to demand more information from state agencies and others, to support their claim that Eaton did not get a fair trial.  Doug Randall has the details. A new study from the University of Colorado suggests the Mountain Pine Beetle outbreak in the west could trigger earlier snow melt and increased water yields.
