7:07AM MST: Law Enforcement columnist Jim Kouri is back with Dave and will share comments on his latest column, on Mexico's Citizen Council for Public Safety and Justice recently released the 2011 list of the 50 most violent cities in the world. 12 Mexican cities were included on the list while five were in the top ten, including Ciudad Juárez, Acapulco, Torreón, Chihuahua, and Durango. Mexico's President Felipe Calderon's administration released an official report this week that reveals 12,903 people were murdered between January and September 2011 as a result of the Mexican government's war on the powerful and ruthless drug cartels.

7:37AM MST: Mayor of Cheyenne, Rick Kaysen is back for his regular monthly visit. Hwe will update us on the 6th Penny Sales Tax menu for the City, including his thoughts onthe proposal to build a new $33 million dollar Recreation Center and the new proposal that could provide the Cuity with nearly 8 million dollars to purchase the land where the "Big Hole" sits downtown.
