Cheyenne Mayor Rick Kaysen will guest today at 7:37AM MDT on The Morning Zone with Dave Chaffin. We will talk with the mayor about the continued contraversy on the sale of the city-owned Dell Range parcel to Menards. We will also talk with him about the use of eminent domain to obtain the property to build the roundabout at 19th Street, Converse and Pershing, and we will get his take on our previous conversations with Dale Steenbergen from the Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce and City Council President Dr. Mark Rinne on the issue of City regulations  hampering business growth in Cheyenne.
