Mayor Kaysen to Run Again

Mayor Rick Kaysen announced Wednesday that he will run for re-election. Kaysen says he has enjoyed serving as the  Mayor of Cheyenne over the last three years. Kaysen says  he wants to continue to serve if he is re-elected. Kaysen says there have been challenges over the past three years and he believes the city has met them. He also says there have been successes as well.
