A Manderson, South Dakota man is facing multiple drug charges after a Wyoming trooper discovered THC oil, THC hash and marijuana in his Jeep.

According to an affidavit, 27-year-old Bailey Cummings was pulled over on Interstate 80 east of Cheyenne Sunday morning for following too closely.

As the trooper approached Cummings' vehicle he was met by "an overwhelming odor of air freshener." The trooper says Cummings -- who was following his brother -- was shaking and breathing heavily and admitted to having a THC vape pen in his Jeep.

The trooper searched the SUV and found 10 glass vials of THC oil. Nine of the vials were unopened and each contained 500 milligrams of liquid. The trooper also found 36.1 grams of THC hash and 118.5 grams of raw marijuana in 26 Ziploc bags.

Cummings was arrested and charged with felony possession of THC-oil, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, misdemeanor possession of THC-hash and following too close. If convicted of the drug charges, he could face up to seven years in prison.

Cummings is free on a $2,500 cash bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 8 in Laramie County Circuit Court.
